[googlefont="Amatic Sc"] STONESHORE KEEP A Supernatural Asylum Town RP In the beginning... The early history of Stoneshore Keep is unclear. At some point the Catholic Church converted it into a Monastery and it remained that way for a number of years before a failed demon exorcism lead to the surrounding village being destroyed. Following that, the Keep fell into ruins for over one hundred years before a young and curious priest rediscovered it and tried to restore it to it’s former glory. Stoneshore, however, has been unable to shake the ties with the supernatural world that have haunted the place since the village was ruined. The curse and the cure... A group of the Catholics made it their mission to capture and incarcerated as many ‘devil-creatures’ as they could find and they locked them up in the Keep’s dungeons away from society. Visitors from the rest of the island would travel to the Keep to face the monsters within and prove their bravery and mock those locked up. Above, this became a cause for grave concern, and a group of eight angels were sent to Stoneshore Keep to right the wrongs that had been done. New beginnings... Over the years, Stoneshore gained a reputation of being a Supernatural safe haven - an asylum that could help other supernaturals who needed it, and care for those who were unable to co-exist peacefully alongside the human population. Supernatural’s from all over the world traveled to Stoneshore - the only place of it’s kind. Patients, doctors, locals… A new community has been formed there, separated from the rest of the island. Island locals built a canal between them and Stoneshore, and both sides are satisfied with the arrangement. Stoneshore today... These days, two of the original angels are in charge of the overall running of Stoneshore Keep, and other supernaturals (and a few humans) run the asylum as a whole. A place of safety and rehabilitation… mostly. Only, things are about to change - the last two angels are preparing to leave and the running of the asylum is about to fall into the hands of someone new. No one knows who it will be, or how they will run things. Stoneshore Keep could be in store for a rather unexpected change of ways very soon, and who knows what that will mean for it's future... ~ The Stoneshore Keep Staff

Hey all! We need some more random conversations going, so here a fun one: Tell us one random fact about you! It can be absolutely anything; a random skill, bizarre hobby, funny experience... absolutely anything! It can be as funny or as serious as you like, just give us one fact. You can post as many times/facts as you like, but only one per post. Mine first? I collect coins. It all started when I saw a £2 coin with Auld Land Syne lyrics on and it went on from there. I have a ton of £2 coins and even more 50p coins, as well as a few other cool ones I've seen here and here. I've got all but two of the Olympic 50p coins and I nearly squealed like a weirdo at work last weekend when a Commonwealth Games Glasgow 50p showed up in the till, because I didn't know they had made Commonwealth ones. I looked the other day and I have almost £80 worth of coins... Oops?

I've heard a lot of people talking about that all of a sudden... Is it good?
And does the World Cup count as a show? Because I've watched far too many of these matches.

I just watched the last episode of Arrow... I feel so empty. How am I supposed to wait almost a full year to see more of it? *sobs*

There still needs to be a way to limit incoming requests! But I agree at this moment in time, that's a problem. But while there are no requests coming in, there's nothing really to actually be limiting. It seems more like the sort of thing you bring in as and when it becomes an issue. How about bringing in a bit of an 'offer' or something. Like... first 10 requested templates are free, but you can only have one per member. I think seeing that board looking active will also help. Want me to post up a few games?

And why aren't people too eager to request a template?! I think at this exact moment in time the 30 coins part might be off-putting, purely because those coins aren't the easiest to get right now. With the Chatter board not being very active, people can post an introduction and a reply to how they found the site, which would get them 15 coins, but if they don't have their own site to advertise or aren't very code savvy, then they're kind of stuck for other ways to earn points. Once those boards are more active I think it'll be a lot easier, and I still stand by the games idea - they're quick and easy points that anyone can grab.

ARROWWW!!! Love it! I don't get to watch a lot of TV since I have two toddler brothers and we have Disney Junior on from 7am - 9pm most days. So if I want to watch something I have to stream it online, tv show or movie. But I'm definitely loving Arrow so far... I think I have about 2 episodes to catch up on, actually...

I think setting up some forum games would be helpful, too. People always seem to like getting involved with games, not matter how many times they've seen them before.

What about linking it directly to the templates as a sort of extension of 'requests'? Like, if someone says 'I want to use 'XYZ' template and my FC is 'Blah Who'... can someone make graphics to fit?' or something of that effect...

I saw the advert both on Accio Mischief and on Argent Asylum. I recognized a number of names from Adox, so how could I resist?
